I re-recorded my Christmas song with slightly different chords (and very different instrumentation) and shot a new video for it.

Video essays on various subjects for young learners, plus a "found sound" song for the BC. The YouTube channel is growing slowly, which is nice.
In January, I was made chair of the Hong Kong Writers Circle, of which I'm very proud.
Finally, I completed another video essay for primary school children learning English. This is the first one I've edited using Davinci Resolve, which is a wonderful program to use.
Reena Bhojwani introduces her book, "Surprising Mrs Rhubarbson". >> Listen or subscribe on I Tunes, visit the HKWC website page, or stream the podcast directly below:
Second vlog for my teacher channel. This one has more live footage, which went over better with the children. Several of my students visited the Science Museum as a result of this episode.
A review of a current HK film, and the start of (hopefully) regular content on my "teacher" channel on YouTube.
A music video for a song for work. I rewrote the song to make it a bit slower and easier, and put together the students work and some guitar stuff with me at Tsim Sha Tsui.
A remastered version of a little TEFL song I made a few years ago. It's quite popular with my students (the original has 600 views at the time of writing - not bad for me!). I had shot the original footage in 1080p, but I had edited it on Windows Movie Maker, and so it had suffered a lot of degeneration. I thought I would have a go at remastering the song and colour correcting the video. It's also slightly wider and the subtitles (surtitles?) are better quality. I think the extra width slightly spoils some of the jokes, but maybe I'm just used to the original...
Three music videos to accompany songs in courses I teach. For each, I wanted to make the songs more engaging (or, in other words, to turn them into karaoke videos) and learn something new about video production.
